Scholarship Opportunities

Here is some information of scholarships that we thought you might be interested in:

Ethel Tory Language Scholarships:

There are brand new Overseas Study for Language Support Scholarships (Ethel Tory Language Scholarships) available from Second Semester. The deadline is *26 June!!!!* These cover up to $2500 for travel and there are a lot of them (over twenty at least).

PM 2020 Summit Asia Scholarships for Study Abroad:

On 22 April 2009 the Prime Minister of Australia, the Hon Kevin Rudd MP, announced a new scholarship program, the Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Endeavour Awards, as part of the Government’s response to the 2020 Summit.

Cambodian Internship Opportunity

Erin Leggat is a recent Asian Studies graduate and ex-member of the APSS. She is currently working in Phnom Penh as the Development Coordinator for the Pari Project, an organisation that strives to aid Cambodian NGOs develop their capacity to aid Cambodians in need by helping them to improve theiraccountability, transparency, efficiency and funding resources.
